We achieved this through expansive, open-plan layouts with minimalist features, contemporary styling and bold accents. A neutral palette was selected so as not to distract from the unique, sweeping views across the Irish Sea. This provided the perfect mesh between the built and natural environments.

Jackie Tracey Interiors was involved from concept through to completion. As part of the design team on the build we project managed the entire kit out of these magnificent apartments, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance at each step of the way. We were also engaged to style a selection of show apartments to assist in bringing the entire building to the rental market. Accessories and soft furnishings were chosen to complement the contemporary scheme.
