Jackie Tracey Interiors was engaged for the design and fit out of these modern residential apartments; a luxury build to rent scheme of fifty five apartments in total. Here the client brief was for a light-filled contemporary space to appeal to young professionals.
The open plan apartments benefit from generous proportions and floor to ceiling glazing on the south elevation of the building. All bedrooms are to the rear of the building.

The apartment is painted in a beautiful off-white with a tan undertone to create a feeling of space & warmth. We furnished with complimentary neutrals, tans and teals. A palette echoed in the surrounding exterior buildings, and brought right through to the flooring and counter-tops, bed-linen and accessories. The result is a stunning, cohesive contemporary scheme.
