Our brief was to enhance the idyllic natural setting
Jackie Tracey Interiors was responsible for the design and fit out of these six luxury penthouse apartments in Malahide. As part of the design team, we were involved right through from planning stages of layouts, to putting specifications out to tender, to sourcing and installing all internal fixtures & fittings, furniture, floor coverings and window treatments. We ensured compliance with the various building regulations at each step in the process. We also styled the show apartments for presentation to the rental market.

The design brief was to enhance the idyllic natural setting of these properties and to maximise the lure of the uninterrupted views with a neutral palette creating a light and airy feel to the properties. Modern furniture, and dark grey furnishings were chosen to compliment the window frames and exterior zinc cladding to the apartments. A large grey island with stunning counter-top to floor is the focus in this breath-taking open plan space. Metallic accessories inject a luxe feel to the space.
